3. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet(s).

  • Ensure your pet(s) are healthy, vaccinated, and not aggressive.

  • Provide necessary equipment (e.g., leash, harness) for the Walker.

  • Communicate any special needs or requirements for your pet(s).

4. Walker Responsibilities

Walkers are independent contractors and not employees of FetchMyWalk.com. Walkers agree to:

  • Provide a safe and responsible dog walking service.

  • Communicate promptly with Users regarding any issues or concerns.

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to pet care.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Users can book Services through our platform. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Users agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as outlined at the time of booking.

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Liability

  • FetchMyWalk.com is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the provision of Services.

  • Users acknowledge that Walkers are independent contractors and any disputes should be resolved directly with them.

  • FetchMyWalk.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users, Walkers, or us.
